ABOUT ME


Hello friends, this is Kyle. I'm a huge nerd with a big interest in games.

I'm a 3D artist / programmer.

I like to work on passion projects which are typically game prototypes or mods. I also work on larger, more long term projects like my tower defence game.

I've been drawing and painting ever since I was younger and have always wanted to be involved in creating games.

I started getting into digital art in my first year of college. A few years later I had finished my class for 3D design and animation. When it comes to production I now do everything from concept art, to 3D modelling, to texture painting, to rigging and animating. My favourite thing to work on is character design and creation. My least favourite thing to do is animating! The main tools I use for asset creation are 3DS Max, Photoshop, Mudbox, and Roadkill.

Starting out as primarily an artist, I had to either find somebody who was willing to program my ideas for me or learn how to do it myself. I chose to teach myself. Through the development of various projects I've learned C, C#, Javascript, Perl, and bits of other languages.

The Future

My goal for the future is to find a great group of people to work with and make games that I enjoy playing. I want to grow as an artist and as a programmer and to help do the same for those around me.
